FLUENCY BOOK 15 -
PAST PARTICIPLE AS ADJECTIVES

ABOUT THE BOOK

This book introduces past participles as adjectives used to describe nouns, through various ways of handling or cooking food. It features 20 different sets of dishes with expressions such as: “What would you do with chopped chicken?” accompanied by an image of chopped chicken, and on the following page, “How about fried chicken?” with a picture of fried chicken. Before turning the page, young readers can share their own cooking ideas, and then they will discover a suggestion for each grocery item.

By the end of the book, young readers will easily grasp how past participles with passive meanings function as adjectives.
